The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of literacy instruction, differentiated learning, inclusive educational practices, and collaborative teaching models to support diverse learners in a middle school setting. The ideal candidate is committed to creating a positive, engaging, and academically rigorous classroom environment that promotes student growth, independence and confidence.
