This requires the ability to work from prints and instructions as well as use mechanical aptitude to create solutions. This position is also responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience. **Responsibilities** - Build and assemble various truck components to specification per customer requirements. - Install and/or maintain all electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on assigned projects and builds. - Perform welding and fabrication tasks in order to build, modify, and follow specifications. - Maintain shop equipment for safe use in operation. - Complete repairs and replace malfunctioning parts to return working operation of truck components. **Qualifications** - GED/High School Diploma or Experience. - Ability to read, write, comprehend and have basic math knowledge. - Ability to use Crane and hoists. - Ability to use power tools and machinery. - Auto Mechanical Experience (Preferred). - Welding, Hydraulic and Electrical Experience (Preferred). **Benefits** - 401K with Company Match - Health, Vision & Dental Insurance - Life & Disability Insurance - Flexible Spending Account - Paid Time Off (PTO) Program - Paid Holidays - Reimbursement for Select Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) *Aebi Schmidt is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.*
