# Job Title: Universal Worker ## Location: Greenville, SC, 29601 ### Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Universal Worker to join our team in Greenville, SC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations, ensuring residents' safety and well-being, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow established procedures. ### Key Responsibilities: - Be present for all work shifts and arrive at least 10 minutes before the shift begins. - Remain on the job site for the entire shift. - Receive report and keys from the previous shift’s staff person. - Read the Daily Log covering the previous 24 hours or since last worked. - Oversee residents in the Activities for Community Living as necessary. - Prepare, serve, and clean up meals according to the posted menu. - Clean common areas as described in the provided attachment. - Know and follow all emergency, security, and disaster procedures. - Document all incidents using the Accident/Incident Report Form. - Complete the daily Checklist as required. - Update the next shift staff person, turn over keys, and clock out at the end of the shift. - Maintain strict confidentiality at all times. - Follow additional shift-specific instructions as outlined in the attachment. ### Required Skills and Qualifications: - Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. - Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures. - Good communication skills to effectively receive and give shift reports. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. - Capable of multitasking and managing time efficiently during shifts. - Familiarity with emergency, security, and disaster protocols. This is a second shift position (4:00 pm to Midnight, Monday - Friday)
