**About the Role:** Universal Rehab in Houston, TX is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Office Staff member to join our growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in a healthcare environment where your contributions make a real difference in patients' lives every day. **Responsibilities:** Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence - Schedule and confirm patient appointments and manage calendars - Maintain and update patient records and data entry in office systems - Process and organize medical forms, insurance documents, and paperwork - Support clinical and administrative staff with general office tasks as needed - Ensure front office area is organized, clean, and running efficiently **Requirements:** - High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or relevant coursework a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment - Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude - Prior experience in a medical or office setting is a plus but not required - Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply **About Us:** Universal Rehab is a trusted rehabilitation and healthcare provider serving the Houston, TX community with a commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care.
