**Benefits:** - Flexible schedule - Free uniforms United Restoration, Inc. is looking for an IICRC certified technician to work in a dual role of crew leader/content manager for our contents cleaning, inventory and pack-out division, and as water tech- Part time position Job Requirements and Responsibilities: - Prior residential construction/general cleaning knowledge and experience preferred - Proven work history demonstrating reliability and dependability - Inventory, boxing and packing contents from the customer's home due to water, smoke or soot damage - Clean and inventory contents and carefully pack them for return to the customer's home after cleaning - Identify items that cannot be cleaned or salvaged - Physical labor to including lifting of 50-75LBs - A valid Driver's license and clean driving record are mandatory - Must pass a Background and Drug screening - High School Diploma or equivalent required - Well organized and detail oriented - Able to work independently or with other team members - Experience with Xactimate estimating software a plus - Experience with Encircle preferred - Good organizational skills and time management required Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour The IICRC is the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification, a non-profit organization for the Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Industries.
