In this role, you'll provide administrative support to Respiratory Therapy, Cardiac Rehab, Exercise Physiology, and the Sleep Lab while coordinating communication between patients, providers, and internal departments. - Welcome patients, manage check-in, answer multi-line phones, and direct calls and messages appropriately. - Coordinate scheduling activities with the Centralized Scheduling team and monitor department schedules and calendars. - Process patient paperwork, scan documents into the electronic medical record, distribute reports, and maintain departmental records. - Support daily department operations by managing office supplies, handling mail, and maintaining patient forms. - Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and coworkers while providing professional, responsive customer service. - **Performs a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned** **Who We're Looking For** We're looking for a customer-focused professional who enjoys working with patients and keeping a busy clinical office organized.
