## Overview Key Responsibilities: - Maintain a visible and professional security presence to deter unauthorized or suspicious activity. - Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas (interior and exterior) to ensure the safety and security of the premises. - Monitor security systems, alarms, and surveillance equipment as required. - Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances, following company protocols. - Document all incidents and suspicious activity accurately in daily reports. - Enforce site-specific rules, regulations, and client policies consistently and respectfully. - Provide excellent customer service while interacting with employees, visitors, and clients. - Control access to buildings or restricted areas by verifying identification and credentials. - Report safety hazards, maintenance issues, or other concerns to appropriate personnel. - Work collaboratively with site supervisors, clients, and law enforcement when needed. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are customer-focused and looking to grow with an innovative company that values professionalism and career advancement. ## Requirements **Key Requirements:** - High School Diploma or GED required; additional security or criminal justice training is a plus. - Valid State Security Officer License/Guard Card, if applicable. - At least 18 years of age (or 21 depending on site requirements). - Minimum of 2 years of previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred - Professional appearance and demeanor; must be well-groomed and in proper uniform. - Strong communication skill**s** (both written and verbal). - Customer service mindset with the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure. - Ability to walk, stand, and/or patrol for extended periods and work in various environmental conditions. - Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. - Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. - Basic computer literacy for report writing and incident documentation.
