We pride ourselves on creating a workplace where people help each other succeed, schedules are predictable, and team members are encouraged to grow professionally. ## ## Why You'll Love Working Here - ## Primarily day shifts with one-two evening shifts per week - ## No overnight shifts or call responsibilities - ## Shared rotating weekend and holiday coverage - ## Collaborative physicians and experienced colleagues who support one another ## ## Hours: Monday-Friday with rotating weekends. ## Example of shifts below: ## o Day shifts: 7:00am-3:30pm, 8:00am-4:30pm, 8:30am-5:00pm ## o Evening shifts: 11:30am-8:00pm, 12:30pm-9:00pm ## o Weekend shifts/Holidays: 8:00am-4:00pm ## Schedules are typically provided 4-6 weeks in advance ## ## At Duly Health and Care, you are supported to do your best work and make a meaningful impact every day. Together, we create an environment where you can grow, contribute, and help improve the experience and outcomes for every patient we serve. ## ## Benefits: - ## Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits that include healthcare navigation assistance. - ## Access to a mental health benefit at no cost. - ## Employer provided life and disability insurance. - ## $5,250 Tuition Reimbursement per year. - ## Immediate 401(k) match. - ## 40 hours paid volunteer time off. - ## A culture committed to community engagement and social impact. - ## Up to 12 weeks parental leave at 100% pay and a financial benefit for adoption and surrogacy for non-physician team members once eligibility requirements are met. ## Responsibilities: - ## Sonographic procedures according to department standards in a timely and efficient manner. - ## Provides patient education in the form of written material and/or verbal explanation prior to, during and subsequent to the procedure in order to reduce the patient’s anxiety and enhance his/her comfort zone with respect to tolerance of the procedures - ## Produces examinations that meet image quality standards in accordance with department protocols. - ## Submits images for physician interpretation. - ## Verifies accuracy of: patient demographic information, pertinent clinical diagnosis, and required technical results. Data must be entered accurately and in a timely fashion to provide optimal patient care. - ## Verifies all technical data entry components are complete prior to the end of shift. - ## Monitors stock supplies in imagining rooms to assure their regular availability by timely reordering, rotation of dated items, and by maintenance of a clean and orderly environment. - ## Reports incidences of equipment failure. - ## Actively supports organizational changes. - ## Adheres to institutional safety procedures as described in the institutional safety program. - ## Actively participates in a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Works closely with nurses and physicians to achieve positive outcomes and optimal patient flow. - ## Performs job functions while modeling service principles with customer service focus of innovation, service excellence and teamwork to provide the highest quality care and service to our patients, families, co-workers and others. ## Qualifications: EDUCATION and / or CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE: - ## Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program - ## ARDMS certification…
