We are looking for someone who is a strong individual contributor, enjoys teamwork, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, detail-oriented, and committed to ongoing learning. ## Key Responsibilities - Prepare and room patients for ultrasound and mental health appointments. - Obtain vital signs, medication histories, and other pertinent patient information. - Prepare patients for ultrasound-guided procedures, including patient intake and documentation. - Assist providers during in-office procedures to ensure patient safety and efficient clinical flow. - Operate and monitor the Pro-Nox (nitrous oxide) system in accordance with safety protocols. - Coordinate communication between providers, patients, and other departments to ensure continuity of care. - Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR). - Clean, stock, and maintain exam and procedure rooms. - Support efficient daily clinical operations while providing an exceptional patient experience. - Assist with additional clinical and administrative duties as needed to support both specialty departments. ## Qualifications - Current State of Nebraska Medication Aide (Med Aide) license required. - Medical Assistant experience preferred. - Women's health, behavioral health, or specialty practice experience is a plus. - Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment while managing multiple priorities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-focused approach. - Strong computer skills and experience working within electronic medical record systems. - Reliable, proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented. ## What Makes You a Great Fit - You are detail-oriented and take pride in accuracy and efficiency. - You have an interest in women's health and providing compassionate patient care. - You enjoy working with patients across a variety of clinical specialties. - You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment. - You demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a patient-first mindset. - You are eager to learn and contribute to a high-performing team.…
