As a growing company, every employee plays a huge part in our success! We are seeking an experienced UX/UI designer to lead app design projects in Figma for our core application. We are consistently making changes, improvements, and additions to our nonprofit software. As our web applications grow, we need to implement strong and dynamic design of our product to ensure our vision is aligned with our developer operations. Work Schedule This role follows a consistent daily rhythm that aligns with US Eastern business hours while giving you time for rest, personal tasks, and balance throughout your day. Here’s what a typical day looks like: - Start your day with a 4.5-hour work block: 9:30am–2:00pm (PHT) - Enjoy your afternoon free: 2:00pm–8:00pm (PHT) - Finish your workday with another 4.5-hour block: 8:00pm–12:30am (PHT) - Sleep/rest: 12:30am–9:30am (PHT) This structure offers a long midday break while supporting strong collaboration with US-based teams during their business hours.
