UI UX Designer

**Job Title:** UI/UX Designer **Location:** Vashi, Navi Mumbai (On-site) **Experience Required:** 1–4 years **CTC Range:** ₹4–5 LPA **Employment Type:** Full-time **About the Role:** We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our in-house design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, user behavior, and product usability, and the ability to turn complex ideas into simple, elegant, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design goals. - Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to derive actionable insights. - Create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. - Design pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces aligned with brand guidelines. - Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across platforms. - Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoffs and implementation. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and innovations. **Skills & Tools Required:** **Design Tools:** Figma (mandatory), Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision **Prototyping Tools:** Figma, Marvel, Framer **Collaboration Tools:** Jira, Confluence, Slack, Notion **Design Expertise:** - User-Centered Design (UCD) & Design Thinking - User research & usability testing - Visual hierarchy, typography, and responsive layouts - Maintaining design systems & style guides **Nice-to-Have:** - Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for developer collaboration - Familiarity with AI-based design tools (Uizard, Galileo AI, Figma AI plugins) **Ideal Candidate:** - 1–4 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience - Strong portfolio showcasing user-focused designs and prototypes - Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills - Passionate about creating seamless, intuitive user experiences
