UI/UX Designer - Digital Payments Apps

**About the Role** We are seeking a passionate and innovative UI/UX Designer to help redefine digital experiences in the fintech space. Youll work closely with product, development, and marketing teams to deliver user-centric solutions that enhance engagement, trust, and growth across our digital platforms. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with product managers and developers to translate complex financial concepts into simple, elegant, and usable designs. - Conduct user research, persona creation, and usability testing to guide product decisions and validate design hypotheses. - Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI mockups for web and mobile applications. - Build and maintain scalable design systems and UI guidelines to ensure consistency across fintech products. - Incorporate data-driven insights, user feedback, and business objectives into design iterations. - Stay at the forefront of fintech design trends, accessibility standards, and UX best practices. - Collaborate with branding and marketing teams to ensure cohesive digital experiences that reflect the company's identity and values. **Qualifications & Requirements** - Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a related field. - Minimum 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably within fintech, banking, or digital payments. - Proven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking from research to high-fidelity prototypes. - Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools. - Working knowledge of UX research methodologies, information architecture, and responsive design principles. - Strong understanding of fintech user behavior, micro-interactions, and data visualization for financial products. - Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work seamlessly across remote and cross-functional teams.
