Initially, you will be responsible for specific locales, but over time, you may take ownership of new funnels, R&D initiatives, or even an entirely new traffic source. Generate creative ideas in collaboration with our creative team. Your insights are very valuable for the creative development. Work with autorules and AI-agents (we will teach you everything). Our internal AI-efforts are new to us too, we will study together and make mistakes together. It’s a part of the process. Requirements: At least 6-8 months of experience with Meta Understanding of unit economy of the performance-driven startups Analytical skills (you can look at the report and make decisions based on data) Ability to build logical conclusions. Is a plus if you studied mathematics or something technical at the university (but we don’t need to see your diploma). You have seen Meta ads manager and worked with it directly.
