TX Flowback Sr Supervisor

Highly Skilled Specialist within the Workover Rig Operations - Flowback job family. Contributes to the development of concepts and techniques. Completes complex tasks in creative and effective ways. Complexity & Problem Solving: Consistently works on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues. Makes recommendations for new procedures. Collaboration & Interaction: Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Often acts as a facilitator and team leader. Highly Skilled Specialist (Hourly) Requirements: - Above average knowledge and understanding of oil field and Frac Flowback operations. - Ability to work unsupervised. - More than 2 years Frac Flowback experience - 1 or more years preferred in a supervisory role. - Excellent leadership ability - Excellent time management skills - Above average computer skills with the flexibility to quickly learn new software. - Excellent verbal and written communication - Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers - Able to analyze and resolve problems. - Organized and detail oriented. - Self-Starter - Ability to consistently perform in a professional manner. - Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet each project deadline. - Consistently practice safe driving - Able to work a flexible schedule, including away from home. - Able to work proficiently in all weather conditions. - Heavy lifting (50 Lbs. overhead) The DOT Authority for this position is: Rogue Pressure Services 118 84th Street W Williston, ND 58801
