Responsibilities: Work one-on-one and in small groups with students on academic skills aligned with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and grade level curriculum. Implement and monitor the students Behavior Intervention Plan to promote a safe and productive learning environment. Collaborate with the classroom teacher and support staff to develop and implement effective instructional and behavioral strategies. Monitor student progress, document observations, and report back to the classroom teacher. Contribute to a positive and encouraging atmosphere that fosters student self-esteem and motivation. Maintain accurate and confidential student records. Qualifications: Must have a Bachelors degree Salary: Up to 32.5 hours per week, $30.74 per hour. Benefits available for employee only.
