# The Truck Loader assists in loading cattle onto and off trucks while assuring the safety and practice of proper animal handling techniques while loading or unloading cattle. # Reports to: # Cowboy Supervisor and Cattle Manager. # Duties/Responsibilities: # Responsible for noting strays, poor doers, downer animals, or other animals not destined for processing. # Gather, sort, count, and load cattle for harvest. # Coordinates shipment and receiving of cattle using the truck schedule. # Accurately record pulled cattle removed from trucks. # Receive, ship, unload, and move cattle daily. # Safely Move cattle from pens as directed. # Act by all applicable safety animal welfare regulations and company policies. # Responsible for noting strays, poor doers, downer animals, or other animals not destined for processing. # Gather, sort, count, and load cattle for harvest. # Coordinates shipment and receiving of cattle using the truck schedule. # Accurately record pulled cattle removed from trucks. # Receive, ship, unload, and move cattle daily. # Safely Move cattle from pens as directed. # Act by all applicable safety animal welfare regulations and company policies. # Education and Experience: # High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
