As part of the Aebi Schmidt Group, we are committed to delivering superior solutions to our customers as well as providing rewarding career opportunities. **Position** Perform any and all tasks related to inspecting, repairing, servicing, and building various types of light duty and/or heavy-duty trucks. This requires the ability to work from prints and instructions as well as use mechanical aptitude to create solutions. This position is also responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience. **Responsibilities** - Build and assemble various truck components to specification per customer requirements. - Install and/or maintain all electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on assigned projects and builds. - Perform welding and fabrication tasks in order to build, modify, and follow specifications. - Maintain shop equipment for safe use in operation. - Complete repairs and replace malfunctioning parts to return working operation of truck components. - Selects equipment and plans layout, assembly, and welding from blueprints. - Lays out, positions, aligns, and fits components together. - Bolts, clamps, and tack-welds part to secure in position for welding. - Sets up equipment and welds parts, GMAW MIG. - Fabricate and design non-engineered parts. **Qualifications** - GED/High School Diploma or Experience. - Ability to read, write, comprehend and have basic math knowledge. - Ability to use Crane and hoists. - Ability to use power tools and machinery. - Auto Mechanical Experience (Preferred). - Welding, Hydraulic and Electrical Experience (Preferred). **Benefits** - 401K with Company Match - Health, Vision & Dental Insurance - Life & Disability Insurance - Flexible Spending Account - Paid Time Off (PTO) Program - Paid Holidays - Reimbursement for Select Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) *Aebi Schmidt is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.*
