Analyze the output to ensure that loads are built to maximize both safety and efficiency while loading and unloading product . - Maintain equipment and ensure the proper supply of all necessary materials to facilitate successful loading and unloading processes. Order supplies as needed. - Respond to all driver concerns regarding loads built with Truck Builder. Adjust loads as necessary to address concerns and maximize efficiency. - Assist in loading trailers as needed to meet daily production goals. - Other duties as assigned by manager. **SUPERVISION**: - N/A **RELATIONSHIPS** - **Internal:** Selectors, drivers, clerks, managers - **External:** Customers, sales **WORK ENVIRONMENT** - Work will take place at a desk in an office environment and within normal warehouse environments including cooler and freezer areas where temperatures may be as low as -5 degrees. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** Related Experience/Requirements: - N/A Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: - Effective communication both verbally and in writing. - Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills with high attention to detail. - Basic computer skills with a good knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. - Problem solving and critical thinking abilities to solve problems of limited scope. - Strong teamwork skills with the ability to support others in the department and division. Education - High school diploma or GED/equivalent required. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** - One year of experience in a warehouse preferred.
