Treatment Nurse- RN

**Treatment Nurse- Registered Nurse** **Rate: $40- $45/hour (depending on experience)** **Shift: Full-Time** **Roscoe Rehabilitation & Nursing Center** is looking to add a **Registered Nurse (RN)** to its nursing team. Join a team that takes pride in caring for both its residents and one another. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Ensure the completion of treatments for residents and support nursing - Provide nursing care in accordance with resident assessments, care plans, and facility policies - Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition, communicating concerns to providers, supervisors, and families as appropriate - Administer medications, treatments, IV therapies, and enteral feedings within the RN scope of practice - Accurately document assessments, care provided, treatments, and resident responses - Supervise and support Nursing Assistants to ensure quality resident care and timely completion of assigned tasks - Coordinate care with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members - Ensure resident care plans and clinical documentation remain current and accurate - Follow infection control, safety, resident rights, and confidentiality standards - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing staff education activities - Perform additional duties as assigned **REQUIREMENTS:** - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred - Valid NYS Registered Nurse (RN) License required - Current CPR Certification required - Experience in a skilled nursing facility or with the geriatric population preferred - Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities - Ability to supervise nursing assistants and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams - Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care **BENEFITS:** - Paid Time Off (PTO) for Full-Time and Part-Time - Weekly or Same-Day Pay Options - Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance - Life Insurance - Employee Referral Bonus Program - Retirement Saving Options
