The right person must be genuinely friendly, professional, organized, and comfortable helping patients make important decisions about their care. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** - Friendly, welcoming, and approachable — this is non-negotiable - Patient-centered and relationship-driven - Professional, dependable, and accountable - Comfortable discussing treatment, insurance estimates, and payment options - Organized, detail-oriented, and strong with follow-through - Positive team player who communicates well with patients and coworkers - Calm, confident, and solution-focused in a busy dental office environment **WHAT YOU WILL DO** As Treatment Coordinator, you play a critical role in helping patients understand and move forward with recommended treatment.You will serve as the bridge between the doctor, the clinical team, and the patient, ensuring patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident about their care.**Responsibilities Include** - Present treatment plans and help patients understand recommended care - Discuss financial arrangements, payment options, and estimated insurance benefits - Coordinate treatment scheduling and appointment sequencing - Follow up with patients who have outstanding treatment needs - Build trust through warm, confident, patient-centered communication - Maintain accurate treatment, financial, and patient communication documentation in Dentrix - Collaborate with the doctor, clinical team, and front office team to create a smooth patient experience **SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE:** **BUILDS TRUST WITH PATIENTS** - patients feel welcomed, respected, informed, and cared for! - Treatment plans are presented clearly and confidently - Financial conversations are handled professionally and compassionately - Patients understand their options and next steps before leaving the office - Follow-up is consistent, documented, and relationship-driven - The coordinator protects the patient experience while supporting office goals - Communication remains friendly and professional under pressure **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** - Previous dental front office, treatment coordinator, or patient financial coordinator experience is strongly preferred - Experience in presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements - Experience with Dentrix practice management software - Comfortable using Dental Intelligence, Outlook, and Google Workspace - Strong phone, in-person, and written communication skills - Bilingual in Spanish is preferred **COMPENSATION & BENEFITS** - Full-time position - Hourly compensation of $18-21 per hour based on experience - Bonus program opportunity - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Paid holidays - Dental benefits - Ongoing training and professional development **\*\* Ask about our Sign-on Bonus! \*\*** **WHY REPUBLIC DENTAL** We are a patient-centered, relationship-driven practice that values kindness, professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.We believe exceptional patient care starts with exceptional team members.We are not looking for someone to simply schedule appointments.
