We insist! -Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and closed early on Thanksgiving Eve! -Competitive salary with bonus potential! -Paid vacation that increases with length of employment! -Excellent health, dental, & vision insurance + 401k options! -As we open many more stores in the area, there will be opportunities to grow with the company! **What are the Treat Truck Manager Job Duties?** Working alongside our amazing in-field and home office teams, you’ll: -Seek to obtain catering and partnership opportunities -Coordinate and schedule all private and public events -Recruit, hire and train a Treat Truck team -Plan and budget for future events: including truck permitting and maintenance, purchase of food and paper goods, staffing, and menu offerings -Master and uphold Andy’s Frozen Custard’s high standards of operations **What Makes a Great Treat Truck Manager?** -This is an extremely “hands on” position, so must be able to physically work all shifts taking care of our guests and staff -The ability to drive and park the 40-foot-long Andy’s Treat Truck -A highly friendly, outgoing, and motivated individual with great communication skills -Previous experience with management, local store marketing, and catering -Knowledge of surrounding events and opportunities where the Treat Truck can participate -A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation -Food Manager Certification -Working knowledge of Google Drive, POS, and inventory/scheduling software Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
