**Job Description:** The Treasury Management Operations Specialist plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service to business clients by providing support, training, implementation assistance, and troubleshooting for Treasury Management and specialty banking products. This position serves as a primary point of contact for commercial clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues, accurate processing of treasury transactions, compliance with regulatory requirements, and a positive client experience. The role supports the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Treasury Management products and services while fostering strong client relationships and operational excellence. **Expectations:** - Provide ongoing telephone and email support for Treasury Management products and services, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries. - Receive and respond to client requests related to Treasury Management services; identify and resolve issues within assigned authority and escalate matters as necessary. - Process ACH transactions, wire transfers, and other electronic payment operations accurately and within established deadlines. - Initiate and process money movements and financial transactions while adhering to security procedures and internal controls. - Assist with onboarding new commercial clients and implementing Treasury Management products, including online banking, ACH origination, remote deposit capture, positive pay, and fraud prevention services. - Support Treasury Management product implementation activities, ensuring services are established accurately and client expectations are met. - Troubleshoot technical and operational issues related to Treasury Management services, including remote deposit capture devices, software applications, and payment processing systems. - Provide client training on Treasury Management products, electronic banking services, ACH file formats, NACHA requirements, and other payment transmission standards. - Maintain knowledge of Treasury Management regulations, banking policies, and industry best practices. - Assist commercial clients with fraud-related concerns and support risk mitigation efforts. - Participate in audits, compliance reviews, and operational assessments as required. - Generate and distribute operational, billing, compliance, and management reports. - Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements. - Track client requests from initiation through completion and communicate status updates effectively. - Identify opportunities to improve Treasury Management processes, increase efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance the client experience. - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction. **Qualifications and Education Requirements:** - Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Treasury Management Operations, Banking Operations, Electronic Banking, or related financial services. - Prior experience implementing Treasury Management products and services preferred. - Working knowledge of ACH processing, wire transfers, cash management services, and electronic payment systems. - Familiarity with NACHA operating rules and Treasury Management industry standards preferred. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic banking systems. - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. **Competencies:** - Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. - Knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, and operations. - Relationship management and interpersonal communication skills. - F…
