Tray Pack Loader - 2nd shift

Your future belongs at the home of the Excellent Chicken…Bell and Evans! **JOB SUMMARY:** The team member is responsible for performing all duties, including but not limited to dumping trays, within the Traypack department to fill customer orders. Take a proactive role in assuring safe, quality products are being produced by immediately addressing any safety and/or quality concerns. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties may be assigned. - Dumping –Repeatedly liftinglarge trays of product weighing up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing carts, anddumping intometalstrays. - Required to shovel product from bins into trays as needed. - Follow correct lifting techniques to prevent injuries. - Restack/orient empty trays onpallet. - Actively look fordowngrades,contamination,foreignmaterialand reportimmediatelyasneeded. - Helpmaintaina clean work area. - Help on the line (such as styling/inspecting) when not dumpingproduct. **EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:** • Previous experience is preferred, but not required for this position. • No formal education is required **LANGUAGE SKILLS:** Ability to speak English and/or Spanish, read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
