**Cotton Holdings – Join Our Logistics Team!** We're looking for motivated individuals who are ready to travel, work hard, and support projects across the country. **Now Hiring:**T**ravel Drivers** – **Starting at $18/hour** Safely transport personnel, equipment, supplies, and materials to and from project sites while supporting daily logistics operations. **Travel Site Operations Technicians** – **$20/hour** Support the day-to-day operation of workforce housing camps by assisting with guest services, housekeeping, inventory, facility upkeep, laundry, and basic maintenance. **Travel Site Managers** – **$25/hour** Lead daily site operations, supervise staff, oversee workforce housing facilities, ensure safety and quality standards, manage inventory, and provide exceptional customer service. (Hospitality management experience is MUST!) **Travel Assistant Project Managers** – **$22–$26/hour** Support Project Managers by coordinating daily operations, managing documentation, tracking project progress, communicating with field teams, and ensuring projects stay on schedule. **Must have knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and be able to read and interpret construction blueprints.** **Travel Project Managers** – **$30/hour** Lead projects from start to finish by managing schedules, budgets, site operations, subcontractors, safety, client communication, and overall project execution. **Must have strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and the ability to read and interpret construction blueprints.** **All positions are eligible for overtime.** **Requirements:** - Must be **21 years of age or older** - Authorized to work in the U.S. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Reliable personal vehicle - Willing to travel nationwide - Able to work a **30 days on / 14 days off** rotation - Able to work **12-hour shifts, 7 days a week** while on assignment - Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions - Background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check required **Why Join Cotton?** - **Travel the Country:** Support exciting projects nationwide. - **Career Growth:** Opportunities to advance into leadership roles. - **Competitive Pay:** Overtime opportunities, mileage reimbursement, and per diem for eligible travel. - **Make an Impact:** Help provide critical workforce housing and logistical support during disaster response, construction, and large-scale projects. **Ready to hit the road with Cotton?
