Significance Inc is seeking a **Travel Systems Analyst (Senior) to play an integral role in our growing team at HHS.** This is hybrid position that will require a Public Trust Clearance. The Travel Systems Analyst serves as a primary point of contact for technical support, account management, and travel program operations related to the Federal Government’s E-Travel System (ConcurGov). This role combines deep systems expertise with policy interpretation, high-volume customer support, and compliance with the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR). The position requires 5+ years of combined experience in federal travel support, account management, and/or E-Travel systems work. The position also supports Federal Government Travel Charge Card program operations, including transaction and account reviews, audit support, corrective actions, and recurring and ad hoc reporting. ### Required Skills and Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities: • Receive and process assigned cases from the resource mailbox: triage inquiries, track issues, investigate root causes, prioritize high-visibility cases, and provide timely resolutions and status updates. • Maintain full operational knowledge of the E-Travel System, including authorizations, vouchers, workflows, traveler profiles, routing lists, and system configurations. • Apply FTR and federal travel policies to system transactions and provide consultative guidance on entitlements, per diem, and complex scenarios. • Test new system configurations, analyze impacts, and support implementation. • Generate reports (e.g., via IBM Cognos Analytics), track workload metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements. • Create and deliver trainings, client demonstrations, and presentations (in-person or via Microsoft Teams), including senior stakeholders. • Handle ad hoc requests and projects related to data, processes, configurations, and system enhancements. Required Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of experience in federal travel support, account management, and/or E-Travel systems operations. • Proficiency in ConcurGov, including authorizations and vouchers. • Working knowledge of the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) and federal travel policies. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, analysis, and reporting) and PowerPoint (presentations and trainings). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat. • Experience with customer service management tools such as JIRA and Salesforce. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations to senior stakeholders. • Ability to analyze financial and travel card data, document findings, resolve discrepancies, and support audit and corrective-action activities in a federal environment. • Proven ability to handle high-volume workloads, triage issues, and resolve problems independently with strong attention to detail. • Demonstrated ability to coordinate daily team activities and support overall team performance. • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, adaptability, and emotional intelligence when interacting with senior stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
