Your responsibilities will include: Providing high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in LTAC. Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in a fast-paced environment. Collaborating seamlessly with night-shift physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams. Monitoring patient vitals, administering medications, and quickly recognizing/responding to deteriorating patient conditions. Documenting patient care accurately and efficiently using the facility's EMR System. **What We’re Looking For** (Requirements) We need experienced travelers who can hit the ground running with minimal orientation. Experience: Experienced in a LTAC setting. Prior travel nursing experience is highly preferred. License: Active, unrestricted RN license in Missouri Certifications**:** Active BLS and ACLS (AHA approved). Either a specialized LTAC or critical care related certification is preferred. Flexibility: Comfortable working a consistent night shift schedule, including rotating weekends and holidays as needed.
