Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $2,026–$2,113 per week - Guaranteed hours: 36 per week - Contract duration: 13 weeks - Shift: Nights (3x12-hour shifts) - Start date: 08/03/2026 - Setting: Critical Access Hospital travel assignment - Preferred credentials: CMSRN; CRASE training may be required if travel extends beyond 6 months Responsibilities - Provide direct and individualized nursing care to adult patients before and after surgical procedures. - Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and initiate the computerized Plan of Care on admission. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes; respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or treatment response. - Perform general nursing duties in all departments under appropriate supervision; float to other departments as qualified; maintain patient confidentiality. - Communicate effectively with patients and families from diverse backgrounds; deliver compassionate care and reinforce education related to treatment and recovery. - Participate in required education for applicable programs (eg, DNV-related education) and support the hospital mission, values, policies, and procedures.
