Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $1,874–$1,987 per week - Guaranteed hours: 0.0 - Contract duration: 13 weeks - Shift: 3x12 nights - Start date: 08/11/2026 - Setting: hospital (ER) Responsibilities - Provide direct nursing care in the ED within the scope defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing. - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and implement care plans using the nursing process. - Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses and safety. - Educate patients and significant others about diagnoses, treatments, and expected outcomes. - Document all patient care activities accurately in the medical record. - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate and optimize patient care throughout the ED stay. Requirements - Current Oregon Registered Nurse license or eligibility with willingness to obtain/activate. - Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience; recent acute care hospital experience within the past 2 years (required). - Certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALS (AHA) required; certifications do not need to be active at submission but must be willing to obtain/maintain. - Ability to work in a high-acuity ED setting and adapt to 3x12 night shifts. - Resume and skills checklist updated within the last year; profile materials as requested.
