Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $1,819–$1,941 per week - Guaranteed hours: 36 per week - Contract duration: 13 weeks - Shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, 12-hour nights - Start date: 08/10/2026 - Local candidates may be considered at a reduced rate - Rapid onboarding through Trio's clinical interview process with same-day or next-business-day decisions Responsibilities - Identify medical issues, determine severity, and provide immediate support to minimize long-term effects; sustain life if necessary. - Serve as an initial responder in the ER, performing rapid triage, initial assessment, and stabilization per protocol. - Monitor patient status continuously, administer medications and interventions, interpret vital signs, and escalate as needed. - Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff; participate in code activations; ensure patient safety and adherence to evidence-based protocols. - Document care accurately; communicate with patients and families; provide education and discharge planning as appropriate.
