Requirements - Active Montana physical therapy license or eligibility for licensure in Montana. - Experience in geriatric or long-term care settings preferred. - Proficiency in PT evaluation, treatment planning, and progress documentation. - Strong communication skills and ability to work within an interdisciplinary team. - Availability for a 13-week travel assignment and the Days shift; capable of meeting guaranteed hours.
