Requirements - Active Occupational Therapist license in California. - Ability to practice in a SNF/interdisciplinary care setting. - Experience or demonstrated comfort in collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. - Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills for long-term care residents. - Availability for a 40-hour workweek during the assignment period. - Effective communication and patient-centered approach to therapy.
