The role is ideal for an experienced technology leader passionate about logistics transformation and global-scale impact. ### Accountabilities: As a Transportation IT Lead, you will be responsible for defining and executing digital transportation strategies, managing complex technology initiatives, and ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value. You will act as a key bridge between logistics operations, technology teams, and external partners to drive innovation and operational improvements. - Lead the strategic planning and execution of digital transportation and logistics initiatives aligned with business objectives. - Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology programs, ensuring successful implementation, integration, and adoption. - Drive digital transformation initiatives by introducing innovative solutions that improve transportation and warehouse operations. - Lead cross-functional teams, technology partners, and vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes. - Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders across supply chain, manufacturing, transportation, and business functions. - Establish and maintain strategic relationships with technology providers, managing vendor performance, partnerships, and technology investments. - Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and operational transparency through data-driven insights. - Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure adoption, continuous improvement, and business impact. - Ensure governance, compliance, and security standards are maintained across logistics technology solutions. - Support the evolution of transportation technology capabilities through innovation and best practices. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced technology and logistics leader with a strong background in transportation solutions, digital transformation, and enterprise IT program management. You should be comfortable managing complex initiatives, influencing senior stakeholders, and translating business needs into scalable technology solutions. - Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in logistics IT program management, transportation solutions, or digital transformation initiatives. - Proven experience managing large-scale, complex technology programs with multiple stakeholders and business impacts. - Strong expertise in transportation and logistics processes, with deep functional knowledge of SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM). - Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and enterprise supply chain technology solutions. - Demonstrated ability to define strategic technology roadmaps and align solutions with business objectives. - Strong program management skills, including planning, execution, budget management, and delivery oversight. - Experience leading organizational change and technology adoption initiatives. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams. - Experience managing technology vendors, partnerships, contracts, and performance evaluations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,…
