The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage competing requests in a fast-paced environment. They should take ownership of issues, proactively problem solve, and follow items through to resolution. What You'll Do: Support a small team of 3. Complete Transportation Planning. Scheduling. Tendering. Product Issue resolution. Email communication. Work cross functionally with: Operations Planning and Warehouse / Plant teams. What You Bring: Transportation or inventory experience is helpful but not required. The role requires reliable availability during core business hours, with willingness to support occasional overtime and holiday rotation. Clear, professional written and verbal communication. Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders at once. Ability to prioritize and manage competing requests. Strong task management in a fast-moving environment. Ability to balance routine execution work with unexpected issues. Comfortable working in a role where priorities may shift daily. Systems & Data Comfort: SAP experience helpful (not required) Excel skills helpful: o Filters, sorting, basic formulas o Reviewing data for accuracy Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools.
