As a Mental Health Technician (Resident Coordinator), you’ll be the staff responsible for the supervision of AMFM Healthcare’s residents residing in AMFM Healthcare’s Transitional Living Homes. The Resident Coordinator helps to provide a safe, supportive, and caring environment to promote well-being, safety, and encourages clients to continue their recovery program. This position is expected to cooperate as a team member with AMFM Healthcare management and clinical staff. The Resident Coordinator has knowledge, skills, and experience with supervising client services and all related tasks to provide a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for clients, and is familiar with concepts of recovery from mental health and co-occurring disorders. * * * ### Who We Are AMFM Healthcare was founded with a powerful mission—to prevent tragedies caused by untreated mental illness. If you have a strong work ethic and a passion for mental health, you’ll thrive in this role. #### Minimum Requirements: - Education: High School Diploma or GED - Background Check: Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and any additional required background checks - Valid Driver’s License: Possess valid driver’s license with ability to be insured by our auto insurance policy which includes, but not limited to, the following requirements: 4 continuous years of driving experience, 21 years of age or older, less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and more than 1 major violation in the last 3 years. - Physical Requirements: Ability to work on a computer, walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., and navigate stairs #### Key Skills & Abilities: - Strong communication skills with families, clients, and staff - Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and patient under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite - Knowledge of clinical and medical terminology (preferred but not required) * * * ### Your Role & Responsibilities As a Mental Health Technician (Resident Coordinator), you’ll be a vital part of the treatment process, ensuring that clients receive the care, guidance, and support they need.
