Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Technician (TMS Tech)

**About the Position:**The Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Technician plays a key role in supporting patients throughout their treatment experience. This position combines patient care, scheduling, insurance coordination, and administrative responsibilities to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment while balancing multiple priorities. **What we are looking for:** **Education and Experience:** - High school diploma or GED required. - Two (2) or more years of experience in a customer service, healthcare, or patient-facing role required. - Experience with Microsoft Office applications required. - Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, prior authorizations, or patient coordination preferred. - Healthcare experience preferred.**** **What we offer:** At Riverwood Healthcare, treating our patients well starts with treating our employees well.
