Our team members enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including a competitive 401(k) with company match, generous Paid Time Off, flexible work schedules, medical, dental, and vision coverage, short-term disability, and company-paid life insurance. **Position Summary** Provides initial and recurring NAOC Watch Officer (WO) training, certification, evaluation, and refresher instruction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver Initial Qualification Training (IQT) and Mission Qualification Training (MQT). - Teach COMSEC, TPC, security awareness, force protection, anti-terrorism, and WO duties. - Maintain and update lesson plans and training materials per NAOCMAN 9-2 revisions. - Administer recurring/refresher WO training. - Evaluate student performance and maintain certification records. **Required Qualifications:** - Minimum 3 years NAOC Battle Staff experience (or within last 5 years). - Functional expertise in NAOC Watch Officer processes and procedures. - Familiarity with NPES and ITWAA for WO operations. **Security Requirements:** - TS/SCI with SAP eligibility. ***The GARRETT GROUP is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***
