Summary: Conducts Teachers training programs and seminars, reviews and as needed, assists in updating current training procedures, materials, forms and reference guides. Evaluates the effectiveness of training courses/seminars/materials, consults with department managers to determine their training needs and responds to employee inquiries. Education and/or Experience: - HS Diploma required, two-year college degree preferred - Minimum two years Teachers training or five years financial institutional or corporate/educational training required. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, financial banking policies, procedures and operating systems, and a familiarity with training methods/techniques required. - Strong oral/written communication, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, organizational, motivational and multitasking skills Job Responsibilities: - Serves as a lead trainer for remote/virtual learning initiatives and in-person classroom instruction, facilitating training through platforms such as Zoom, Teams, GoToMeeting, and eLearning tools while ensuring consistent delivery, learner engagement, and compliance with established training standards. - Assists in the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of training modules and supporting training materials to ensure content accuracy and effectiveness. - Evaluates the effectiveness of training courses/seminars by following up with participants’ managers to assess improvements in productivity, adherence to policies/procedures, changes in behaviors, etc., and advises the Training Manager of findings. - Researches and evaluates new training methods and techniques and industry/HR related courses as assigned. - Consults with department managers to determine their training needs and as appropriate, recommends new training programs to the Training Supervisors. - Recommends improvements to training programs and as directed, assists in developing and implementing them. - Responds to questions submitted by employees, conducts research and/or contacts subject matter experts to ensure responses are accurate/complete. - Utilizes a variety of training methods, techniques, equipment (e.g., Teams, GoToMeeting, Zoom, Articulate, PowerPoint, etc.) - Provides train-the-trainer support for new HR training specialists - Provide classroom set up and support for both in-person and virtual learning sessions - Keeps the Training leadership team informed of activities, conditions and issues - Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. - Local travel may be required Benefits of Joining the Teachers Team: We provide a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes, but is not limited to: - This position is eligible for our annual discretionary bonus program.
