As our next Training & Relationship Manager, you'll be at the centre of that journey. From guiding advisers through their first experience with Netwealth to delivering engaging training sessions and helping practices unlock more value from our products, you'll become a trusted partner to advisers across your region. You'll educate, support, influence, and build lasting relationships that genuinely make a difference. You'll work with adviser groups and practices that have already approved or adopted Netwealth, helping them maximise their experience, build capability, and deepen engagement through education, support and partnership. If you love presenting, building relationships, solving problems and being the person people turn to for guidance, this could be the perfect next step. What you'll do You'll partner with advisers, principals and support teams to: - Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops and educational support - Help advisers confidently navigate and utilise Netwealth's products and services - Build trusted relationships through regular contact and proactive support - Support advisers through onboarding, registration and their first applications - Identify opportunities to increase platform adoption and client engagement - Work closely with Distribution Managers to support regional growth initiatives - Attend adviser meetings, industry events and training sessions - Collaborate across Netwealth to deliver exceptional adviser experiences What we're looking for You might currently be working in: - Relationship Management - Adviser Services - Platform Support - Account Management - Training or Learning & Development - Financial Adviser Support - Wealth Management Client Services Most importantly, you'll bring: - A passion for building meaningful relationships - Experience within financial services, platform, wealth management or the financial advice industry - Confidence presenting and training professional audiences - Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills - A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help others succeed - Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Life At Netwealth At Netwealth, we believe a fulfilling career is built on growth, balance, and belonging.
