Training Director

**Position Overview:** The Training Director is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of training to staff. This role involves managing training initiatives, assessing training effectiveness, and ensuring alignment with HCPDO mission, vision and values. The Training Director supports employee development and works with leadership to align training programs with organizational goals. Only relevant convictions will be considered and, even when considered, may not automatically disqualify the candidate.** **Experience:** - The Training Director must have significant experience as a criminal defense lawyer and have tried a substantial number of felony cases. **Licensure:** - Must be licensed or eligible to become licensed in Texas within one (1) year. **NOTE** **:** Qualifying education, experience, knowledge, and skills must be documented on your job application.
