Join an Employee Resource Group, participate in an international lunch, or celebrate your heritage to find your place of belonging. - **Find Your Future** – Whether you are interested in the opportunity to work seasonally or looking to launch your career, **GEODIS** is the place! *\*Eligibility varies based on location, job, employee type, or length of service.* **What you will be doing:** - Conducts forklift, safety, and Pit B training programs for employees - Conducts scheduled training for all functions in the account for all shifts - Arranges and oversees weekly orientation sessions in basic safety training for new employees - Evaluates training effectiveness to ensure employees meet strategic goals and achieve results - Makes recommendations to the managers for go or no go into the account **Requirements:** - High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency - Minimum 3 months experience and/or training preferred - Ability to work overtime as needed - Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
