Training Co-ordinator

What you'll be doing: Coordinating training and inductions for new Operators across the Dandenong and Campbellfield depots Working with Operations, HR and supervisors to ensure requirements are completed on time Maintaining accurate training, licence, qualification and compliance records Managing client portals, Workday onboarding and HSEQ requirements Supporting equipment inspections, certifications and accreditation requirements Providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders Managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment What we’re looking for: Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills Able to juggle multiple priorities and stay on top of deadlines without becoming overwhelmed Strong willingness to learn and build a long-term career Able to travel to Dandenong South - on-site parking provided Confident communicator who takes initiative and isn't afraid to get stuck in Comfortable learning new systems and processes Previous administration, coordination, onboarding or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential- a positive attitude, strong work ethic and desire to develop are what matter most You’ll receive full training from day one, with the opportunity to build a long-term career in training, onboarding, compliance and operations.
