(TRI) is seeking an experienced **Lead Trailer Technician** to oversee our **2nd Shift Trailer Shop** in De Pere, WI. This is a working lead position for an experienced trailer mechanic who enjoys mentoring technicians, coordinating workflow, and setting the standard for quality repairs. You'll spend time both on the shop floor performing repairs and helping lead the team to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and correctly.
