This is an in-person position reporting to our Elkridge, MD yard before being transported to the worksite. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians on construction sites. We offer entry level flagger training classes and advanced traffic control courses to advance your journey with us. Highway experience is a plus! Monitor site conditions and report any hazards or issues to supervisors. Collaborate with other crew members to ensure smooth operations on-site. Maintain clear communication with team members regarding traffic patterns and safety protocols. Qualifications Strong communication skills to effectively direct traffic and coordinate with team members. Ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety.
