Today, Bybit is recognized as one of the most trusted and transparent platforms in the digital asset industry, continuing to expand its global presence while building the infrastructure for the next generation of financial services. 核心职责 主动拓展传统金融机构客户，建立并维护客户关系管道，推动从接触到入驻到交易的全链路转化 与产品、合规、风控、技术团队紧密协作，推动机构级产品和服务的落地 负责客户谈判与商务条款沟通，推进合同签署与合作落地 持续跟踪已有机构客户的业务动态，挖掘增量需求，推动交叉销售与客户生命周期价值提升 定期输出市场洞察与竞品分析，反馈机构客户对产品和服务的需求与期望 完成销售目标（ AUM 增长、交易量、新客数等核心 KPI） 任职要求 3年以上传统金融行业销售/ BD 经验（投行、资管、私人银行、券商经纪等），有加密行业经验者优先 具备成熟的机构客户网络资源，能够快速建立高层对话 对加密资产、数字资产托管、 RWA 、 DeFi 等新兴领域有基本认知或强烈学习意愿 英文流利，能够独立与全球机构客户进行专业沟通 自驱力强，目标导向，适应高强度、快节奏的工作环境 Why Join Us At Bybit, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching work environment.
