Job Description Apollo Mission Critical Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and service-focused Total Rewards Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of the employee benefits, compensation, and related HR analytics. In addition, this position will serve as the primary HR liaison for corporate travel programs, partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to optimize employee travel experiences, vendor performance, cost management, and operational metrics. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with exceptional customer service and process improvement skills while maintaining strict confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Benefits Administration - Administer the Company's health, welfare, retirement, wellness, and voluntary benefit programs. - Support annual Open Enrollment planning, communications, testing, and employee support. - Coordinate benefit eligibility, enrollments, life events, COBRA administration, and employee education. - Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries. - Partner with brokers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators to resolve issues and improve service delivery. - Audit benefit data to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely processing. - Assist with ACA reporting, annual compliance filings, and benefit plan documentation. Compensation Administration - Support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation programs. - Maintain salary structures, job grades, and market pricing information. - Conduct internal and external compensation analyses to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. - Support annual merit review, bonus, and incentive compensation processes. - Analyze compensation trends and provide recommendations to leadership. - Provide support with job descriptions and assist with job evaluations and classification reviews. - Develop compensation dashboards and reporting metrics. Travel Program Management - Serve as HR's primary administrator for corporate travel programs and vendor relationships. - Manage relationships with travel management companies, airlines, hotels, rental car providers, and other travel partners. - Monitor travel utilization, compliance, service levels, and employee satisfaction. - Analyze travel spend, booking behaviors, negotiated savings, and vendor performance. - Produce monthly and quarterly travel analytics and executive reporting. - Recommend cost-saving initiatives and process improvements while maintaining a positive employee experience. - Partner with Finance, Operations, and Talent Acquisition to support employee deployment and travel planning. - Partner with Contracts Administration to maintain and update travel partner contracts as required. - Assist with travel policy updates and employee communications. - HR Analytics & Reporting - Extract data from existing HRIS and travel platforms related to: - Benefits utilization - Compensation trends - Employee participation - Travel metrics - Vendor performance - Cost management - Utilize HRIS and reporting tools to produce meaningful workforce analytics. - Identify trends and recommend process improvements through data analysis. - Maintain data integr…
