Tool & Die Repair RESPONSIBLITIES: Perform extensive die maintenance such as rebuilding die sections, retrimming pads and forms, and engineering changes on all types of dies. Set up and operate machining tools such as lathes, milling machine, blanchard and surface grinder to machine parts and verify conformance of machine parts to specifications. Determine specifications for inspection of work, using full range of precision measuring and gauging tools to perform inspection before, during and after machining. Study specifications such as blueprints, sketches, models or descriptions and visualizes product to determine materials required and machines to be used to fabricate parts and make repairs. QUALIFICATIONS: Journeyman Card preferred 2 to 5 years' experience Troubleshooting skills Metal stamping and manufacturing experience preferred PAY AND SHIFT TIMES: $36.00 per hour 2nd Shift 2:00pm - 10:00pm ($1.50 Shift Differential) OT as required $2.00/per hour more if Journeyman Card has been obtained This full-time, hourly role is a part of our Operations team and reports to the Tool and Die Manager.
