We are an organization of people helping people! *Key Competencies* - Strong ability to think critically and solve problems. - Timely and meticulous attention to verbal and written communication. - Devotion to earning and maintaining member trust. - Attentiveness to professionalism in appearance and action. **WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT** Our Records Specialists eagerly assist in acting as a liaison between the credit union and the Department of Motor Vehicles. *Location, Schedule Availability & Salary* *Information* - 5025 Adams Avenue, South Ogden, UT 84403 - Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM - Full-time, 40 hours per week - $20.25 per hour, based on experience and performance+ Bonus + Incentive *Essential Duties & Responsibilities* - Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships. - Work with loan officers in perfecting titles on all auto, boat, and RV loans. - File and maintain titles. - Research information, and resolve problems, errors, or discrepancies in records. - Send out titles when loans are paid off; assist collectors to obtain titles for repossession. - Comply with all regulations as required by law. - Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development. *Experience, Education & Certification* - High school diploma required. - Prior credit union experience is preferred.
