In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting creator communications, reviewing sample requests, vetting creators and content, assisting with outreach campaigns, and ensuring assigned TikTok Shop accounts remain organized and up to date. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys operational work, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced social commerce environment. * * * # What You'll Do ### Creator Communication • Respond to creator inquiries using approved messaging templates. • Support creators with questions related to campaigns, samples, commissions, and account information. • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team members. ### Sample & Affiliate Management • Review and process creator sample requests. • Approve or decline requests based on established brand guidelines. • Maintain clean and organized approval queues. ### Creator & Content Review • Evaluate creators for brand fit, content quality, engagement, and compliance. • Review submitted content to ensure it aligns with campaign requirements. • Identify and escalate potential brand safety or compliance concerns. ### Campaign Support • Send creator outreach messages and campaign invitations. • Track creator responses and assist with campaign coordination. • Support active affiliate campaigns and ensure timely follow-up. ### Account Operations • Monitor assigned TikTok Shop accounts and complete daily operational tasks. • Keep workflows, trackers, and account information organized and current. • Communicate blockers and workload concerns proactively. * * * # What We're Looking For ### Required Qualifications • 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social commerce, customer support, e-commerce, or digital marketing. • Strong written communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Comfortable following established processes while maintaining high accuracy. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. • **Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.** ### Preferred Qualifications • Experience using TikTok Shop Seller Center or Affiliate Center. • Experience supporting influencer or affiliate campaigns. • Familiarity with creator outreach and content moderation. • Agency or multi-client experience. • Experience working with spreadsheets, project management tools, or CRM platforms. * * * # Candidate Evaluation Considerations To ensure success in this role, the following factors will be carefully evaluated during the selection process: • Strong written communication and professionalism. • Ability to manage high volumes of operational tasks accurately. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Sound judgment when reviewing creators and content. • Ability to identify issues, prioritize work, and escalate when appropriate. • Dependability, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. * * * # What Success Looks Like • Creator messages and support requests are handled promptly and professionally. • Sample request queues remain organized and up to date. • Creator reviews are accurate,…
