About the Role We are seeking a Threat Intelligence Lead, a player - coach to spearhead our threat intelligence initiatives, driving strategic and operational excellence in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating cyber threats. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to enhance our security posture and contribute directly to organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading threat intelligence teams, designing proactive defense strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally to align security efforts with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Technology Leadership: Collaborate with customer success and engineering teams to refine detection mechanisms and automate threat intelligence workflows for client solutions. Own co-development with the Engineering team to build and maintain the Threat Intelligence platform delivering high quality intel in a timely manner to all our customers. Continuously refine threat models, frameworks and processes to address evolving cyber risks. Lead advanced threat hunting and malware analysis to uncover risks relevant to customer environments. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of cybersecurity researchers and analysts focused on threat intelligence and vulnerability discovery. Establish a vision and strategic direction for the team, ensuring alignment with the broader organizational revenue goals. Provide ongoing training, support, and professional development for team members, fostering an environment of growth and knowledge-sharing. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring effective task prioritization and resource allocation. Establish metrics to measure team impact on threat detection accuracy and response times.
