Assist with patient positioning, preparation, and monitoring during surgical procedures. Ensure the theatre environment is sterile and safe, adhering to infection control protocols. Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver effective and efficient patient care. Prepare and manage surgical instruments and equipment with precision. Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and provide post-operative support as needed. 🌟 Requirements: Valid NMC or HCPC registration (for anaesthetic and scrub roles). Minimum of 6 months recent experience in theatre settings (scrub and anaesthetics roles). Proven experience in theatre anaesthesia and/or scrub nursing. Strong clinical skills and a solid understanding of surgical procedures and protocols. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Right to work within the UK – proof will be required. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and make quick, informed decisions.
